Questions before you build
What is included with Pay now?
GeiG hardware warranty cover as set out in the GeiG warranty policy, free device setup, free device recycling and free standard delivery. Windows 11 Pro is included with every notebook.
Can I order monitors on their own?
Yes. You can configure monitors without notebooks, or alongside them. The minimum is 5 units per selected model, which applies to monitors as well. Monitors take no Windows edition and carry no licence charge.
Which Windows edition do I get?
Windows 11 Pro is selected by default for notebooks. Open Change in your basket to choose another edition for each notebook model. Enterprise and Pro for Workstations each add £79 per notebook, excluding VAT; Home, Pro, Education and Pro Education are included.
When will my devices arrive?
Standard delivery is free. Estimated delivery: 14–21 days from order acceptance. Expedited delivery: estimated 24–72 hours from order acceptance, subject to availability and acceptance. Payment confirmation is separate from order acceptance. GeiG confirms acceptance separately.
