Every GeiG device includes 24 months of standard hardware warranty cover, with clear support for covered faults, repairs, replacements and service guidance.
Your GeiG hardware is covered for qualifying defects in materials or workmanship during normal use.
Batteries are covered for qualifying faults for 6 months. Normal battery ageing is not covered.
If your device arrives faulty, we prioritise assessment and replacement where the fault is confirmed.
Your warranty is valid worldwide, with service normally fulfilled through our UK support centre.

We review your claim and issue return instructions where a physical inspection is needed. Please do not send your device before receiving an RMA.
After diagnosis, GeiG will confirm the appropriate remedy for a covered fault.

Most warranty assessments are targeted for completion within 5–10 working days after receipt and diagnosis.
Extended Warranty gives eligible customers enhanced priority support, clearer escalation and additional continuity options where a covered issue affects productivity.
Extended Warranty claims are prioritised for faster review, diagnosis and next-step confirmation.
Where a covered issue cannot be resolved, or an approved next step cannot be confirmed, within 24 hours after diagnosis, GeiG may arrange a loan device.

Where requested and approved, GeiG may offer in-person support in a suitable public space near the preferred location.
