Why GeiG Includes a 24-Month Warranty as Standard

When GeiG was founded, one of the earliest decisions we made was to include a 24-month hardware warranty on every product as a standard feature – not an upsell, not a premium tier, not something you have to ask for. It is simply what every GeiG customer receives.

This matters for a specific reason. Most manufacturers offer 12 months as standard and charge separately for anything beyond that. For a device costing over £1,000, 12 months is not enough. Hardware faults can take time to manifest. A display issue, a charging fault, a component failure – these do not always appear in the first few weeks of use.

Our 24-month warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Batteries are covered for qualifying faults for 6 months. If your device arrives faulty, we prioritise assessment and replacement under our 30-day DOA policy.

The process is straightforward. Contact our support team by email or through your account. Provide your serial number and a description of the fault. If a physical inspection is needed, we issue return instructions and an RMA reference. After diagnosis, GeiG will confirm the appropriate remedy – repair, replacement or refund where a fault is confirmed.

We also offer extended warranty options for customers who want additional peace of mind beyond the standard 24 months.

Warranty should not be a selling point. It should be a given. At GeiG, it is.
